If you’re downtown during business hours at all (and hey, who isn’t?  What?  Lots of people?  BUNK.), you’ve probably seen a food truck or three posted up in various spots around town.  They seem to be all the rage or whatever, and folks seem to like the food a lot.

Pros:

• Adds another layer of urbanistic flair to our downtown area.
• The food’s pretty dang good.
• Finding out where they’re gonna be is actually sort of fun.

Cons:

• FOOD?  TRUCK?  WHAAAA?
• If you’re a food hater, you probably won’t like this.
• Since food trucks aren’t beholden to the same rules as everyone else (this isn’t true), the food is probably rife with disgustingness (also not true).
